    I have just returned from a shopping trip to the Stratford Ontario Sobeys. The customer service that my elderly mother and I received was deplorable. The staff at the hot deli was rather brisk with the gentleman ahead of me as well as with me. The cashier was about the same no smile, no hello, no thank you, somewhat snotty and rude. Hmm be glad you have a job. This is not the first time I have encountered rude cashiers at this store. DO SOMETHING about your customer service training for these people. Maybe I should apologize for interrupting their day. I must say that not all of the employees so poor. The butcher and meat counter staff are friendly and outgoing but they are the exception. My family and I will be will certainly be reconsidering shopping at the store in the future.
